The Snowman Trek is an extension of the magnificent Laya Gasa Trek, leading from Laya to the Bhutanese Himalayan high altitudes. The Snowman trek in Bhutan leads to very high altitudes through the most remote areas. Trekkers have to camp more than once at altitudes above 5,000 m, and the camps are sometimes on snow, depending on the seasonal temperatures.
Snowman Trek’s best time is summer – unlike many other Bhutan high-altitude treks.
